The edges of the acrylic were sharp and uncomfortable. It was a replacement for one that I bought from a different company several years ago the name of which I do not recall. That one had smooth rounded comfortable edges. This is especially important for the handles. Without seeing and handling the tray I assumed it would be just the same as my old one. I guess that would be my my problem. All other matters regarding this purchase were good.
