Rip off! Dec 09, 2010
By KC I too purchased this on Black Friday during one of the lightning sales. The description and picture had 4 stoppers, but only received one. What a joke. Instead of making their customers happy, they change the description. Never buying from Home and Wine again.

By David D. Smith Item advertised was for a set of four wine stoppers with rack. When order received, only 1 one stopper was sent. Contacted Amazon, asking if they could arrange to have the other 3 wine stoppers sent with the rack. Amazon said the only thing that could be done is to return item for refund. This was too much of a hassel so I decided to try to contact Homeandwine through their web site. This proved to be impossible. I see now that the description has (ONE) to describe item but picture still shows 4 wine stoppers. When purchased, description and title said 4 wine stoppers were included. I would not purchase anything from this store again.
