By L. Keator I love these things. They are VERY thin and flexible but perfect for chopping veggies without a lot of fuss or scratching countertops. They look so good you can leave them on the counter or they are conveinient enough to slide into a corner. They do scratch easy and show signs of wear but for eight bucks its better than ruining your countertops. Just dont let anyone put it in the dishwasher, they dont survive!
