Seems like I have my life going on at my desk. I have all my files and my computer and all the desky type things you need. But because my desk is by a big open window, I also have all my makeup and things that go with that in the middle drawer of the desk. I cleaned out the drawer one day and was frankly aghast at how much stuff there was in it. Lot's of stuff besides makeup. Stuff that needed organizing, so I got this comparmental tray and slid it in there and threw a bunch of things away and was left with mostly make up and a few other doo dads. This tray says it has 4 compartments, but as you can see from the picture, it has 6. It is just fine for what I needed. Turned lengthwise it reaches almost to the back of the drawer, maybe an inch to spare is all. The little compartments easily hold makeup but would hold pencils and odds and end for a desk. It has kept things neat and tidy for a while now and will, as long as I remember to throw most of the junk away and not just shove it in the drawer. I think this is a great find and am going on a hunt for something that will fill up the remaining space and keep it organized too. Somehow a couple of little booklets went sneaking in and will have to sneak their way out under the throwaway rule. I found them just as I was writing this up. Amazing what a little organizing can do. It goes a long way and this really helped.

This is a very attractive tray that hold most of our every day bathroom supplies. I juts wish it had been a bit bigger and taller.
