Only used a couple of times so far. Appear to be well made. Also like their one piece construction. Like the handles; comfortable to use. Cheeses do not stick to blades like a regular knife does. Would recommend.

These cheese knives are very effective for cutting into a semi-soft cheese combination (several kinds of cheese, sundried tomatoes, and basil pesto that has been crafted into a mold and refrigerated overnight) and spreading it on a cracker or small piece of french bread. Some knives spread but don't cut, these knives work for both applications. They may not be fancy but when one spends time preparing a fancy cheese spread, it is rewarding to know guests won't have difficulty removing the amount they want, spreading it on a cracker/bread, and eating it.

These cheese knives work great and came at an excellent price. I shopped around and could not find a better deal. They are just the right size and work like a charm. A great add for the chef in you.
