This jar looks nice and all of the other reviews are accurate. Still, the top doesn't seal which allows bugs in. This is not ideal for the storage of honey anywhere that bugs may be in the vicinity.

The honey jar is nicely constructed and works just fine. It arrived within the promised ship time and in perfect condition. While it is functional, it is quite decorative and looks very nice on my kitchen counter!

It looks so pretty on my counter with honey in it, I got a compliment on it the first week and they wanted to know where I got it!
Looks like glass its so clear. The top comes off so you can just use the scoop thing and its easy to keep clean. The dipper thing and the top don't completely seal when the top is on, but no bugs or debree seem to get in it. I LOVE IT!

This is a really classy looking jar. I was a little surprised to find that the whole lid lifts off, rather than the server lifting out of the top, but it is completely covered so no little critters can make their way into the honey. It really looks like crystal and I hope it stays that way.

Beautiful honey server and not expensive Dec 16, 2009
Just receive this honey server and it is the right size and very beautiful. I have been looking for a honey server for a long time with no luck until now. Since it is all clear, it matches any table settings and it looks absolutely beautiful on the breakfast table for my french toasts, waffles, pancakes and afternoon tea. I am very happy with the purchase and the shipping from the seller is very fast and efficient.
